Eligibility to Participate

Participation in the "Park GAME" activity is open to a broad range of individuals, with specific eligibility criteria outlined below:

  1. Open to All Employees or Group Members

    • The activity is designed to be inclusive, welcoming participants from all levels of an organization, community group, or social circle. Whether you're a manager, a new hire, or a community member, everyone is encouraged to join.

  2. Team-Oriented Individuals

    • While individual participation is key, the "Park GAME" emphasizes team collaboration. Participants should be open to working closely with others and contributing to group success.

  3. Physical Readiness (for Active Games)

    • Some physical activities may be part of the "Park GAME." While the activities are designed to accommodate various fitness levels, participants should be comfortable engaging in light to moderate physical activities. Alternative games or roles may be offered for those with physical limitations.

  4. Positive Attitude

    • Participants should come with a positive, sportsmanlike attitude, ready to have fun and support their team members. A spirit of friendly competition and encouragement is key to the success of the event.

Terms & Conditions to Participate

  1. Team Participation

    • Participants will be placed in teams for the duration of the event. Each individual is expected to actively contribute to their team's efforts during games and challenges, fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.

  2. Sportsmanship & Respect

    • Good sportsmanship is essential in all activities. Participants are required to be respectful toward their teammates, opponents, and facilitators. Unsportsmanlike behavior, such as cheating or verbal abuse, will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification from the event.

  3. Safety First

    • Safety is a top priority. Participants must adhere to the safety instructions provided by the facilitators and use any provided equipment appropriately. Anyone found engaging in unsafe behavior that puts themselves or others at risk will be asked to leave the activity.

  4. Attendance & Punctuality

    • Participants must arrive on time and be present for the entire duration of the "Park GAME" activity. Teams rely on all members to be actively involved, and late arrivals or absences can affect the overall experience for others.

  5. No Retaliation or Negative Behavior

    • The "Park GAME" is designed to foster fun and camaraderie. Participants are prohibited from engaging in retaliatory behavior, including holding grudges over game outcomes or displaying negative attitudes toward teammates or other participants.

  6. Adherence to Park Rules

    • Since the activity takes place in a public park, participants must follow all park regulations, including littering rules and respecting public property. Any damage caused to the park will be the responsibility of the individuals involved.

  7. Weather Contingency

    • In the event of extreme weather conditions, the "Park GAME" activity may be rescheduled or canceled. Participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
